Main Spaces of the 110 sqm, 4th-Floor Condo: - Spacious Sitting Area: Relax in a bright and inviting space with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and captivating artwork. The large windows offer scenic city skyline views, creating a wonderful atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. - Laptop-Friendly Workspace: Two desks with chairs are available, providing a convenient spot for work or catching up on emails. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy the added convenience of a coffee maker for your morning start and a blender for your favorite drinks. The breakfast bar provides extra counter space for meal prep or a quick snack. - Dining Area: The elegant dining table comfortably seats 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals together or hosting friends. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and the feeling of a home away from home, this is the place! Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. - Metrobus: The Metrobus is another viable option. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - There’s construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours. - Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM. - If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost. - A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. - Guests must climb stairs. - You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction. - The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage. - Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine. Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. Perfect location and host! We had a great time, felt like home and so much to do near by. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of restaurants in walkable distance. Dave and Nat are super responsive, greatly appreciated. The apartment is exactly like described, fit our family needs and expectations. We will definitely love to come back.

Beautiful place to stay with the family or group of friends! Walkable to a lot of well known, famous restaurants. Dave and Nat covered everything in their check in instructions and was super easy! The filtered water was an amazing touch. They did let us know about the elevator weight restrictions and it did go out of service on us on the second day, making the 4 flights of stairs a little challenge but nothing we weren’t already informed about. Would highly recommend this place and hosts to anyone!
