About this place
There are three apartments in the same complex (Tower A and B), in front of Parque España, very stylish and ideal for families or large groups. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as work areas. We also have a drinking water filter for your convenience. There are 9 beds in total, three beds per apartment (two single beds and one king bed), and each apartment can accommodate 4 people. It will be very nice to plan your visit! I am available whenever you need me, please feel free to call or send a message.

What a pleasure!! The space was great and the area was beautiful with parks and shops and cafes and restaurants! Dave and Nat were very helpful and communication was fantastic, and the staff at the building were just as amazing and helpful too! Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
