Location was great. Apartment was clean. Great stay however, the apartment is next to a doggie day care and the dogs wake you up with the barking between 7-8 am. Otherwise a great stay.
Muy bien el apartamento y la ubicación es perfecta. Solo abría que arreglar la cocina que no enciende y el segundo baño que no funciona la ducha. La cerradura con código nos produjo un problema(nos quedamos sin poder entrar una noche), pero el anfitrión fue correcto y no nos cobró esa noche y nos permitió quedarnos la siguiente, sin costo, para organizar el cambio de vuelo de regreso. Lo que me pareció mal fue que habiendo arrendado originalmente el apartamento por 8 días, lo arrendé por dos más...
Super apartment - location couldnt get better, is opposite a big park and 5 minutes walk to an even bigger one, so perfect if you have kids. Surrounded also by cool cafes, shops and restaurants all a short stroll away. Very nice leafy ambiance with big balcony looking across road to the park. Great fast communication with hosts. Would stay here again!

The building has 24-hour security, a gym and a roof top for common use where you can go up to work, hang out, smoke and, if you wish, cook a barbecue or light the fire pit. It is a magnificent apartment carefully designed to have as much style and comfort as possible. You won´t want to leave! You have a fully furnished space with: a couch for the TV, two armchairs ideal for playing video games, with a Super Nintendo console with more than 40 integrated games, a dining room and a desk in case you need to work. The 25m2 balcony is equipped with a table for 8, 2 hanging chairs, some side tables, a ping pong table, a sun umbrella and night lights. There are two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and full bathroom and the other with two single beds and a bathroom outside of the bedroom; each with a closet. The roof top and gym are common areas and VERY well equipped! We also have a drinking water filter for your convenience. We are available whenever you are in need of something. Please feel free to contact us for whatever reason. We will do everything necessary to assist you promptly. It is the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, where you have many things to enjoy, so you will never get bored. It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture. Even if you are going to Av. Reforma or the historic center, you can do it on foot or on bike since it is very close and everything is connected. You have access to the metro and metrobus about two blocks away. UNBEATABLE LOCATION! You can use this transportation to go to Coyoacán and farther away. I also recommend using the public bike system called Ecobici, as it is very worthwhile to ride a bike around the city.
