Great place, great host, great location.
Todo muy bien, solo detalles pequenos como falla en boiler de água caliente que se resolvió y en mi opinion la cama king size el colchón se sume y hace ruido la base de la cama, requiere revisar, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
super bien ubicado, tranquilo y seguro. a pasos de restaurantes, cafeterías etc, volvería a quedarme aquí definitivo

Dave and Nate place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. However, I was disappointed that I was charged an additional fee the day before arrival because the reservation was made under one name, even though the listing allowed up to six guests and I had provided the names of all five guests shortly after booking. The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID. Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
