Au cœur de Condesa, l'appartement est chaleureux, tranquille et confortable. Le quartier est charmant, proximité de plein de restos et à distance à pieds de divers attraits. Nous étions 5 adultes et c'était parfait, on s'y sentait comme à la maison. Les lits sont confortables. Les photos représentent bien l'annonce. Les hôtes ont été très accommodants sur la logistique pour notre arrivée et répondent rapidement.

We had a great stay at Dave & Nat’s place. The location in Condesa was excellent , easy for Uber pickups, lots of great local food and taco spots within walking distance, and a Walmart Express across the street, which was incredibly convenient for us travelling with kids for groceries and supplies Communication was probably the standout. Hosts were extremely responsive and whenever we reached out, they were quick to offer a solution and take action right away. We did have an intermittent issue with the shower/hot water, and they offered to send someone over immediately to take care of it. Since we were in Mexico City for a wedding and had a pretty packed schedule, we weren’t able to coordinate a time for someone to come in, so that was really more a limitation on our end than a lack of response from the hosts. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Mexico City, especially Condesa and the surrounding neighbourhoods. We’d happily stay here again.

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
