Great apartment in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Being in La Condesa allowed us to walk or rideshare wherever we had to go.
Good stay! Property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Unfortunately, the listing did not explain that the property is spread over 2 units that were on different floors, which was disappointing. We had hoped to be in a single unit.
Great apartment or apartments! Perfect for our group. Amazing neighborhood and the hosts provided the best recommendations for food. Amazing views of the city and such a unique space.
Very convenient location close to Walmart and nice restaurants in La Condesa. The patio is very pleasant to enjoy an evening with friends and family. The penthouse apartment can get very warm in the afternoon (no AC).
Overall, the stay went well despite one problem. We had some issues with the carbon monoxide monitor going off on our first night. We messaged the hosts about how to handle the situation and it did not feel that they took the situation seriously. Their guidance was to ignore it and take out the batteries. As travelers we don’t know whether or not the CO monitors are maintained, tested, or regulated. It felt unsafe to simply ignore the issue and go to sleep. We had also heard of other instances o...
We really enjoyed Dave and Nat’s apartments. Location is great close to many restaurants. Walmart is near by. The apartments were clean and beautiful decorated. This is two apartments 3/2 in one and 4/3 on the penthouse. The rooftop on the penthouse is beautiful great place to enjoy with your family/friends. My only suggestion would be to add curtains on the penthouse for more privacy. After all I do recommend this place

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
