The only downside which they call out in their listing already is no AC, the upstairs rooms get hot and the portable fans don’t help too much. Outside of that, it’s a good location, they’re responsive.
Overall, the place was tidy, and the beds were reasonable. Rooftop area was OK. The location was great. What was not great, was paying extra for additional guests and not having blankets or bedding for them when we arrived. I then had to argue to have someone come to the house that day because they wanted to give us bedding the following day. In addition, there was no toilet paper or soap in every bathroom. Lovely apartment. Location is perfect. So many restaurants, parks and convenience stores within walking distance. 30-60 minute drive to local attractions, depending on traffic. 30 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend and we'll definitely rebook on our next trip.
Great location, responsive communication, and a phenomenal space made this a great spot for our trip. We would book again in a heartbeat. Made our first experience in CDMX memorable and super easy.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required.
