This is a beautiful loft in a great location, within walking distance to everything. As you will be in a "city," there are noise factors, which, if the windows are closed, are minimal. Overall, you could feel the love and care they have put into this home. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.
The location of this place is unbeatable. We were within easy reach of the best the city has to offer — great neighborhood, top-notch food, culture, and transit all right there. It made the entire trip so much smoother and more enjoyable not having to worry about getting around. A fantastic base for exploring CDMX. Hosts communicate so well. Highly recommend.

The space was great, walkable to other neighborhoods around Roma Norte. Street felt safe, as well as surrounding areas. Dave and Nat went above and beyond during our stay. A severe thunderstorm left us without power once we arrived. Dave and Nat were able to provide alternative accommodations right away. They always checked in to make sure we were secured and comfortable.
Amazing place! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, and Dave and Nat's place was perfect. The location in Roma Norte is excellent—we were able to walk everywhere, and there were endless options for restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby. The apartment felt very safe and was easy to find and access. Mexico City can be loud, but the windows did a great job blocking out the noise. We brought a portable sound machine and had no problem sleeping, even after Mexico won a World Cup...

We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
