Tiene una buena ubicación, los anfitriones siempre te contestan y están al pendiente, es una zona tranquila y de los únicos detalles a mejorar O donde se encontraría un área de oportunidad yo mencionaría que es un lugar húmedo y frío y el área de regadera o en general el baño necesita mucha atención. El precio un poco alto. El general un lugar muy bueno para llegar temporalmente. Yo si regresaría. Muchas gracias !

The place isn’t too bad but it is very close to where traffic builds up so definitely lots of loud noise , it’s right by the street so you can hear ppl walking or talking also . The downy bottle was something else and not downy and ended up ruining all my black clothes. And the apartment next door has I believe some security and he is armed so be careful not to go to the wrong door. I can usually sleep with noises and what not but didn’t get much on my trip. It is really close to a lot of stuff...
Todo excelente y tal cual se muestra en el anuncio. La atención por parte de Dave y Nat es excelente, siempre atentos y pendientes de todo. Totalmente recomendable.
Es el mejor lugar que he encontrado en cdmx, lo elegiría siempre si pudiera, lo tiene todo para mis necesidades, desde el acceso rápido , la privacidad, silencio total, la cocina tiene todo para tener una estancia como en casa, le doy un plus por el filtro de agua; una zona segura. Quedé encantada :)

Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - All adult guests must provide a copy of their ID prior to their arrival in order to be granted access on the day of check-in. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required.
