Overall a very solid stay. Pros were location and space and the clean up was very simple for us. The cons were the trash situation (tiny trash cans meant for bathrooms for a place that can fit 16 people), sort of noisy at night but we had ear plugs, and hard to describe but the first room is a converted room in the entrance area and not inside the actual Airbnb home and the girls didn’t feel comfortable in that room, it feels exposed to the street area. We had a wonderful time in the Condesa neighborhood staying at Dave and Nats place. We had a large group and were incredibly comfortable. The place is in such a great location and very well appointed. If you were looking for a place for group definitely book this place. It’s fantastic.!

Stayed here with a large group (nine of us in total). The townhouse easily accommodated all of us. Wifi worked well and the place was spotless. Importantly, it felt very safe. Dave and Nat’s listing in Condesa is a great place to stay for a large group and super walkable to everything the neighborhood has to offer. Visited Mexico City for the first time to celebrate my birthday. A group of 17 of us (all adults) stayed here & it was perfect. Host were always responsive & the check in/ check out was easy. The house was spotless & we had everything we needed. It was close to all the places we visited. The street was very peaceful. Surrounding area had a lot of greenery & was so nice to walk around. The rooftop was beautiful but we didn't really use it, it's a bit of a difficult walk up the stairs to get there...
