Dave and Nat's place was excellent. For me was walking distance to work, so loved that. Additionally there are two malls at walking distance with food courts and movie theaters. The building has a decent gym and a pool which was a big plus. I would highly recommend staying at their place.

No aircon. Despite all the facilities no aircon in otherwise modern flat. Windows could be opened, but feels dirty and was very loud next to the extensive construction works on all sides.
