La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda. Las camas son especialmente comodas, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. Las regaderas no funcionan adecuadamente: el agua sale en distintas direcciones, se acumula en el piso y tarda mucho tiempo en drenarse. Además, el aire acondicionado de la habitación de la planta baja no funcionaba y la alberca se encontraba sucia al momento de nuestra llegada. También tuvimos inconvenientes para ingresar a la propiedad, lo que provocó que pudiéramos entrar aproximadamente una hora más tarde de lo previsto. Por otro lado, el proceso de salida fue bastante rígido y nos sorprendió que se cobre un costo adicional por calentar la alberca. En general, la propiedad tiene mucho potencial por sus instalaciones y comodidad, pero considero que estos puntos deberían atenderse para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.

La casa es hermosa y tal cual en las fotos, lo único que en el baño de la recámara principal estaba tapada pero tan a gusto que estábamos que no le tomamos importancia, la comunicación con el anfitrión es muy buena, los centros comerciales y tienditas quedan muy lejos, pero como es residencial se comprende, volveremos….
