Honestly, the location is perfect as it is within walking distance to almost everything in Roma and Condesa. The apartment was exactly as described and the way it looks in the photos. The 24/7 security is also nice to have as they are quite helpful and extremely friendly. I think the only real downside is that it can get a bit noisy in the morning as the apartment is in the bottom level of the complex so you can hear everyone as the day starts. Overall the place was amazing. The accommodation were just what we needed for our short trip in CMDX. The staff was very helpful with letting us drop of our luggage prior to check in. It’s in a very convenient location close to many local spots.
Todo estuvo perfecto! Ubicación inmejorable. Los espacios en el apartamento son tal cual se muestran en las fotos. Todo muy cómodo y limpio.
Dave and Nat are great hosts. There was an issue with the property’s hot water, and they were extremely responsive. They even went above and beyond and placed us into a new unit down the street that was beautiful, larger, and had similar outdoor space. The unit is in a very walkable area that’s very convenient to great restaurants and bars. The only thing to note is that one of the bathrooms in this property is an en suite without shared access to the other rooms.

The place beautiful! Walking distance to a lot of things! Security was there 24/7 which was nice! I will say there is no full length mirrors and no AC but they did have plenty of fans. The location was perfect and walkable to everything but still quiet. I would absolutely stay again!
