Overall a good experience and I would rebook. What was excellent was host communication and ability to fix issues immediately, we really appreciated that. We felt well taken care of and were even allowed a late checkout. What went less well was that the first night the bedsheets were not clean and so they had to be replaced and the floor was also not clean which had to be redone, although these issues were fixed very promptly. I liked the space over all. The only downside was the street noise and unappealing view from the balcony. The host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient and made it easy to explore Mexico City. The front desk staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The owners were also extremely responsive and communicative, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.
