We had a wonderful stay at Dave and Nat’s apartment! The space was super clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location for exploring Condesa/Roma Norte. Dave and Nat were amazing hosts and would often check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated how welcoming and attentive they were. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend their apartment to anyone visiting Mexico City!

We really enjoyed our time here and felt at home during our stay. The apartment was comfortable, well furnished, and in such a great location. We loved being able to walk out the door and have so many great cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. It was a really nice base for our time in CDMX. The security staff were always friendly and welcoming whenever we came and went, which we really appreciated. As you’d expect in a lively part of the city, you can hear some street and traffic noise from the front bedroom. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to keep in mind if you’re a particularly light sleeper or not used to city sounds. Overall, we had a really good experience and would happily stay again.

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
