The main spaces of the 130 sq m, 3rd-floor condo: - The luminous sitting area has comfortable seating, a Smart TV, interesting art, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. - There are 2 desks with chairs providing a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. - A well-equipped kitchen to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. The breakfast bar provides extra counter space for easy meal prep and chairs to enjoy a quick snack. - For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish dining table can accommodate 8 comfortably. - There is a water filtration system located beside the kitchen sink, which makes it easy to access clean drinking water. 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such: • BEDROOM 1: 1 King-size bed • BEDROOM 2: 2 Double beds • BEDROOM 3: 2 Single beds If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and the feeling of a home away from home, this is the place! Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - The elevator is temporarily out of service. Please note that access to the unit is currently only available via stairs. - A maximum of 5 visitors per day is allowed in the apartment. - There is a water filtration system located beside the kitchen sink, which makes it easy to access clean drinking water. - Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM. - If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost. - A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. - Guests must climb stairs. - You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction. - The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage. - Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine. Super ubicación, departamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario, a pesar que esta en una avenida no hay nada de ruido en la zona de los dormitorios. Los anfitriones muy atentos y los porteros tambien. Mis únicos peros fueron el acceso para sillla de ruedas q es x la rampa del garaje y la fachada del edificio no refleja el interior del departamento que esta super bien. No se si dentro de las facilidades decía lavadora y secadora pero estaban inoperativas.
