Dave and Nat’s place was perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The hosts were very kind, attentive, and even accepted our same day reservation, which we really appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment is very spacious. Having two bathrooms is definitely a big plus when traveling with a group. The location is also great, within walking distance of several really good restaurants. Departamento como y limpio. Los propietarios amigables. Tarifas inesperadas por aceptar mascota, 30USD aprox. Plaza de garage complicada de aparcar. Además hay un antro o locar cerca con la musica muy alta los viernes y sabados. Por el contrario el personal de la garita de seguridad muy amable y el departamento esta centrico, bien ubicado.
Check in was easy and the hosts were responsive. However, our stay was affected by a couple things that I think future potential guests deserve to know. Temporary water outages are common and happened once during our stay. There is a loud club that plays from 10-2:30 AM Fridays and Saturday’s that kept us up when we had an early wake up call the next morning. It was ok - just more run-down than the photos made it seem. Lots of things that need maintenance - the water filter leaked puddles in the kitchen, our toilet only flushed half the time, the couch was sharp and hard? Just a bit shabby throughout. Good location though.
Great location. Walk to both Roma and Condesa. Noise on Saturday night coming from nearby private rooftop.
We had a wonderful stay at Dave and Nat’s place in Mexico City! The place was very clean and located in a fantastic, safe neighborhood with plenty of things to do nearby. During our stay, there was a brief period without water, but Dave and Nat were incredibly responsive, keeping us updated and quickly working with the local team to resolve the issue. A 24-hour security guard at the building entrance adds peace of mind, and the private entrance with smart lock makes check-in seamless. Portable fans and a portable heater keep you comfortable year-round. Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional fee. Paid parking is available off-premises; the building's garage fits a standard car up to 1.80m wide, 4.22m long, and 1.57m high. A crib is available upon request and must be reserved before arrival. Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife. The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City.
