Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, a real bonus when traveling with a group. Living Dining Kitchen The 100-square-meter layout gives everyone space to spread out. Sink into the large sofa and catch up on shows via the wall-mounted smart TV, or settle in at the dedicated desk if you need to log a few work hours. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook—coffee maker, blender, stove, oven, and all the basics—plus a filtered water tap so you can refill bottles throughout the day. Gather around the dining table for six when you're ready to sit down together. Good To Know The in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light and refresh your wardrobe mid-trip. A 24-hour security guard at the building entrance adds peace of mind, and the private entrance with smart lock makes check-in seamless. Portable fans and a portable heater keep you comfortable year-round. Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional fee. Paid parking is available off-premises; the building's garage fits a standard car up to 1.80m wide, 4.22m long, and 1.57m high. A crib is available upon request and must be reserved before arrival. Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife. The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink. Please note that there is construction noise outside the building until further notice. - Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor. Es cómodo para un grupo grande de personas, nos acomodamos muy bien. Nos hubiera encantado que tuviera vista a la ciudad pero aún así la estadía fue tranquila. Nos comunicamos muy bien con los anfitriones y nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas después del check out. The location was absolutely amazing , definitely felt right at home, the beds were comfortable and the location is nice and clean. The only thing I’d anything that I would like to suggest would be a new couch. He is very uncomfortable and quite hard. But other then that the location is perfect we went with 7 people and there was perfect about of space and close to everything.

We stayed here for a week and felt very safe in the neighborhood and very comfortable in the apartment. There were 6 of us total and we all had enough room. Security at the front was great and Dave and Nat gave very clear instructions before we got there for a smooth check in.
