- For a group of 12, this is the perfect stay in one of Mexico City's best locations! - Private balconies, pet & family-friendly, cheerful decor, large closets, quality linens - Quiet, centrally located in La Roma, with private balconies & outdoor seating - 24/7 security, free parking for 4 vehicles, approx 10 km to the airport (MEX) - Walking distance to parks, plazas, museums, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. This stylish condo is located in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy walkable access to top restaurants, bars, cafes, and local nightlife just steps away. With easy public transport nearby, you’ll have quick routes to explore the rest of the city, then return to a modern, comfortable space to relax after a full day out. Ideal for groups, remote workers, and travelers who want a central, walkable stay. The main spaces of the 100 sq m, 1st floor & 3rd floor condos: - The living rooms have comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, plus, each unit offers an office desk and chair for the remote worker or student. - The 1st-floor unit has a private outdoor sitting area, creating the ideal place for having good conversations and making plans with the group. - Well-equipped kitchens to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. Both units offer dining tables for enjoying sit-down meals at home. - The property has a water filter installed, making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink. - Ensuite washer & dryer Each condo (Unit 302 & Unit 604) has 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests (12 total) as such: • BEDROOM 1: King bed • BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds • BEDROOM 3: Double bed We are just a short distance away from La Condesa, Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the famous Angel of Independence, just to name a few! Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. Should you need anything, we’re available 7 days a week, so just send us a message. La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife. The property is approximately 10 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Clothes may not be taken outside, hung, or left to dry on the terrace under any circumstance. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence. - Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost. - A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. - Guests must climb stairs. - You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction. - The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high) Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. I found Dave and Nat to be fantastic hosts, all of my communications with them were answered normally within minutes and any questions that I had were answered fully. The location of the property was great, with a lot of the city & public transport being within walking distance. The apartments were, for the majority, clean and well maintained - the only things which my group noticed was that the dishwasher had been left closed with old cutlery in presumably from previous guests and one of the washing machines in the two apartments was showing signs of mould on the rubber seal. These are incredibly minor issues which I believe that Dave and Nat simply might not have been aware of prior to our stay and hope that anything identified would be resolved for the next guests. All in all, highly recommended hosts and location, I would not hesitate to stay with them again.
