The main spaces of the 65 m2 condo: - The formal sitting area has a comfortable sofa that can accommodate extra sleeping space for 2 if needed, a Smart TV, and a pair of office desks providing a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. - A well-equipped kitchen to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. - For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish dining table can accommodate 6 comfortably. - An ensuite washing machine for convenience. 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such: • BEDROOM 1: 1 King-size bed, office desk, ensuite full bath with a large closet • BEDROOM 2: 1 Double bed • COMMON AREA: A sofa bed Your adventure starts right at your doorstep! It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. The dryer is out of service until further notice. - A maximum of 3 visitors per day is allowed in the apartment. - Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. The apartment was totally lovely - but Dave and Nat were the stand outs as the best hosts! We did have an issue with the neighbors across the hall making a lot of noise - and Dave and Nat worked tirelessly to help us with solutions! I was really impressed with their dedication as hosts and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again. Amazing location, too!
