Great spot in Roma Norte, the rooftop patio was the perfect place for a nightcap or to plot our next move.
Dave and Nat's place worked well for our family; as others have noted, it is split between a 1st-floor apartment and a penthouse apartment. The building has a locked gate and a 24-hour guard; it was easy to get in and out at any time, provided the person was already a known guest. The location is great for Roma Norte, a little south of some of the popular spots, but easily walkable. It is a 15-20 minute walk east of Condesa, which is still walkable if desired. Both flats have very spacious living areas and there is a nice terrace on the top floor for relaxing in the evenings. The PH does get pretty hot but can cool down in the evenings and the fans in each bedroom do help. Beds are super comfy! Location is great and within walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants. Host left a complimentary bottle of wine in each flat which was a nice touch. Dave was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Overall a good stay.
Great spot for a big group! We had 5 people stay in the PH and 3 on the first floor. Each unit has 2 bathrooms. The PH unit does not have AC and gets pretty hot since it's on the top floor! Just FYI for hot sleepers. The hosts left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy in each unit- such a nice detail. The building was secure and easy to access. Loved our stay.
Dave and Nat were extremely attentive hosts and promptly responded to all our inquiries during the stay. The location was convenient and within walking distance of everything, and the rooftop was definitely the highlight. It’s worth noting that the two units are completely separate but both are accessible via the building’s elevator.

This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home!
