Located in one of Mexico City's most walkable neighborhoods with tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and immediate access to world-class restaurants and bars. The main spaces of the first-floor condo (90 m²) and the fifth-floor penthouse (200 m²) include: - Living Rooms: Comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and workspaces in each unit - Outdoor Spaces: A private first-floor lounge and a penthouse rooftop terrace with dining, lounge seating, and skyline views - Kitchens & Dining: Well-equipped kitchens with coffee makers and blenders, plus dining tables for meals at home - 4 full bathrooms Bedrooms: First-Floor Unit (Sleeps 4): Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds Fifth-Floor Penthouse (Sleeps 6): Bedroom 1: King bed, balcony access Bedroom 2: Two single beds, balcony access Bedroom 3: Double bed Extras: - Only the first-floor unit has a washer-dryer combo - Water filtration system for safe drinking water We are just a short distance away from La Condesa, Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the famous Angel of Independence, to name a few! Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. La Roma is a lively and artistic district known for its tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and vibrant food and culture scene. This prime location offers easy access to parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife, making it a fantastic base for exploring Mexico City. The property is about 10 km from Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX). This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence. - Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost. - A Pack and Play is available upon request (no crib provided) - Guests must climb stairs. - You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction. - The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high) Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events. Olivia Airbnb
Our stay at David and Nancy’s Airbnb fell well below expectations, especially considering the price. Unlike the other Airbnb hosts we had during our CDMX trip, there was no proper welcome or walkthrough. We rented two units for nine guests and encountered several issues: the penthouse Wi-Fi did not work, there was no hot water & guests had to take cold showers. The washer/dryer in unit were also unusable, forcing us to take our laundry elsewhere. This should have been communicated beforehand. Other issues included a closet blocked by a bed, no shower caddies, leaking shower doors, insufficient towels, fans without convenient outlets, & no curtains in the fifth-floor kitchen and dining area, compromising privacy. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, the balcony had no chairs, & the first-floor unit had virtually no phone signal. For these rates, I expected functional amenities, comfort, and better welcome. I would recommend the neighborhood, but travelers should consider other Airbnbs

Todo estuvo muy bien con el alojamiento. No obstante no proporcionaron la red Wifi de inicio, y para lograr conectarnos pasaron varias horas… y demoraron en responder para poder conectarnos.
