Condesa Oasis features 5 levels, divided as follows: First level: Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, a small sitting area, a full bathroom, and a closet. Second level: Living room, dining room with a walnut-finished round wooden table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, extraction hood, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, a balcony with greenery, and a round oak-finished table for 6 people. It also has 2 swings anchored to a large trunk embedded in the reinforced concrete walls and a half bathroom. We also have a drinking water filter for your convenience. Third level: Bedroom 2 with a double bed, a closet, a full bathroom, and an interior terrace with a small table and a 60" smart TV. Fourth level: Bedroom 3 with a double and a single bed, a full bathroom, a closet, and a 60" smart TV. Bedroom 4 with 2 double beds, a full bathroom, a 60" smart TV, and a coat rack. It also has a small interior terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Fifth level: Terrace with 2 tables for 10 people, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. Bedroom 5 with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. It is the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, where you have many things to enjoy, so you will never get bored. It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture. Fantastic location on a residential street with close-by cafes and restaurants. We especially enjoyed Nils Coffee for coffee and pastries each morning - just a few buildings down the block. Property managers were extremely responsive with great communication. Fun urban feel and great art make this feel like someone's well-designed home.

Great Airbnb in an incredible location in Condesa. Easy to walk to great cafes, restaurants and bars. Felt very safe. Rooms were comfortable and clean. the airbnb looked like the pictures and felt very spacious.

Great area to stay and enough rooms and space for our group of 10. The condo was nice and clean. The only complaint was a leak and low water pressure in some rooms with no hot water but the host was contacted and we had a quick reply.

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
