Centrally located and well appointed, staying here was an incredible first time experience. We enjoyed the proximity to the well connected, convenient, and efficient metro line 7 at Auditorio and the walkability. Polanco & nearby Bosque de Chapultepec are home to some incredible museums & restaurants and this property was a 15-20 minute walk or less to almost all of it. Campos Eliseos has nightlife and there are numerous cafe's directly on Eliseos or adjacent to parque Lincoln. Dave and Nat were incredibly proactive, checking in often to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the security and front door service. We would often arrive late at night after a long day of exploring and the doorman, Jose, would be standing at the door ready to greet us long before we ever exited our ride-share, making us feel at home. I highly recommend this property for its safety, location, cleanliness, and host-attention. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We just came back from a trip in Mexico in early October 2026 and we can't wait to go back. This property was immaculate and had everything that we needed to be super comfortable. We were there for 5 days but we could have easily stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks or more. It would be ideal for mid- to long-term stays.There were 3 bedrooms and each bedroom had an ensuite shower and bathroom. There was another half bath for anyone to use. The common living area and dining area were both super comfy and well maintained. I think everything in the apartment is new and I think this particular property is new. We had everything that we needed. There was a coffee machine and they also provided ground coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. We ordered some groceries, like bottled water, milk, creamer, bread, jam, butter, and avocados, on our first day and we would just have that for breakfast in the lovely well-lit kitchen every morning. The host was always super responsive and answered within a few minutes to half an hour and the location is perfect. It's just one block away from all of the major hotels in Polanco and it's across the park from the restaurant/shopping area of Polanco. In spite of the fact that it was close to these other major thoroughfares, it was actually a very quiet property, which was great. The beds are super comfortable. I would totally go back to this property again.

Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees. Enrique Olvera's Pujol and Jorge Vallejo's Quintonil sit a few blocks apart on quiet residential streets. Parque Lincoln holds a long reflecting pool and an aviary at the center of the neighborhood, and the Bosque de Chapultepec closes it off to the south.
