We took two of the apartments across from each other -- they are well decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and accessible and the building has friendly security.
Excellent location and was the perfect place for a group of 12. The apartments are well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and the extra large laundry room with a full bathroom was a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX and wanting a central location in Polanco. The security guards are friendly and helpful and were very welcoming!

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID. Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
