This self-check-in property ensures privacy and flexibility for all guests. This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the unit. The code and any necessary instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. We can help you anytime We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Please note that these are not replenished. A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. Please note that they are security cameras for our guest’s security. There are no devices inside the unit. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - All adult guests must provide a copy of their ID prior to their arrival in order to be granted access on the day of check-in. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The use, purchase, or sale of any illicit substances according to Mexico City laws is strictly prohibited on the property. The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
