Outdoor Spaces The rooftop garden includes a BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen, and a dining table for 14, perfect for alfresco meals. A separate terrace offers additional seating with lush greenery and a vibrant mural, great for unwinding. Bedrooms and Bathrooms - Room 1: King bed with bold decor and private en-suite bathroom - Room 6: King bed with a serene, modern ambiance - Rooms 2, 3, 4, and 5: Each with two double beds, offering flexible arrangements All 5 bathrooms are modern and functional, with walk-in showers and elegant tile designs. Amenities and Access The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, and coffee maker, while the rooftop has a BBQ and outdoor dining setup. Portable fans, wine glasses, and high-speed WiFi are included for your comfort. Guests have full access to all areas of the house, including a secure keypad entry system. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. It’s self-check-in using a code. Codes will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message! Free street parking is available, and public transportation, including the metro and eco-bikes, is just a short walk away. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

This Airbnb had everything that we needed and was very walkable to everything in the area including Condesa. Mexico City is sinking and parts of the apartment are a little sloped but this is a great place to stay and Dave and Nat were great hosts.

Dave and Nat have a really wonderful place in Roma Norte and we really enjoyed staying there! The location can’t be beat, there are tons of bars and restaurants very close by. The accommodations are clean and spacious and perfect for a big group! Dave and Nat are also great about communicating and made the whole process very easy, I highly recommend staying here!

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
