Un super buen lugar, por la ubicación, comodidad y orden. Dave y Nat atentos en todo momento. Sin duda sería mi primera opción de hospedaje en CDMX para futuros viajes.

O apartamento corresponde às fotos do anúncio. Estávamos em 5 pessoas e o espaço atendeu muito bem. Os colchões são confortáveis e os dois banheiros tem um bom tamanho. A sala, a cozinha e os equipamentos e utensílios domésticos são de ótima qualidade. Tivemos um problema com a água quente nos chuveiros, pois a água demorava muito a esquentar e em seguida ficava fria novamente. Logo avisamos e Dave enviou uma equipe na manhã do dia seguinte para solucionar, entretanto, ainda assim, à noite constatamos que os chuveiros seguiam sem esquentar a água. Mais uma vez comunicamos sobre o problema e Dave providenciou que a equipe retornasse. Os chuveiros funcionaram nos dias subsequentes, entretanto, no penúltimo dia voltaram a não esquentar a água. Isso foi um incômodo já que normalmente chegávamos à noite e já estava um pouco frio. Em algumas ocasiões esquentamos água e levamos para o banheiro. O bairro é seguro e tem opções de restaurantes próximos.

We loved the location as well as the apartment. It was even better than the description. The owners had a bottle of wine on the table for us to enjoy, which we did. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen was large and equipped, basically but worked perfect for us. A washing machine and dryer were available for us to use. I would recommend a small guidebook for some of the things would have been helpful. We separated the regular trash food, garbage from the recycling trash and did not flush toilet trash. People that we spoke with that managed. The place were easy to reach and quick to respond to our needs. There’s a guard at the door which made us feel very safe. The tree line street is easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. I could not give it any higher marks.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID. Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
