The space accommodated a large group of 10 adults. The location is in a good area, but if you sleep in the front bedroom you will hear a lot of honking(especially during rush hour) because of the stoplight. There is no air conditioning in the house so the top-floor bedrooms get really hot and stuffy. The kitchen area was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect to hang out and bbq!

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
