4.5 stars We stayed here from October 3 to 11 for a family vacation in Mexico City, and the location on Avenida Chapultepec in Roma Norte couldn't be better for exploring the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and tidy, looked exactly like the photos, and the balcony has some really lovely views. The host was outstanding, very communicative and quick to respond. We had to ask for a few essentials to be restocked, and small issues like a broken bathroom cabinet door and a loose tile were fixed quickly. The low point of the trip was a power outage. The host moved us to another of their properties, but that neighborhood didn't feel safe for my family, so we moved back once the power was restored. All the packing and moving cost us a full day of vacation, including a museum visit and a restaurant reservation. A few things to know before booking: Traffic noise is louder than you'd expect. We could sleep, but it isn't the most restful place, so bring earplugs. The elevator is unrelia

Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this home! Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. It’s easily walkable to all the best spots in Roma Norte. The only note is the noise, as other reviews have mentioned. Specifically, it faces a large busy road and does not soften the sound much. It’s just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper, but with ear plugs this is the best place!
