OUR RATES

COMMISSION

20% commission on reservations (after deducting platform and cleaning fees).

CLEANING

The cleaning fee is charged separately from the reservation cost, so it is completely

covered by the guest.

maintenance

Includes guest service, maintenance and minor repairs (major repairs are subject to consultation).

DAMAGES

We always seek to recover damages caused by guests.

RENEWAL

Linens (towels and sheets) are replaced every 6 months. A charge is only made if the damage is excessive.
