The main spaces of the 130 m2 (1400 sq ft) 2nd & 3rd floor condos: - Living rooms with comfortable sofas and armchairs facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, creating a lovely place for having good conversations and making plans with the group. From this space, you have direct access to the private balcony. - For the remote worker or student, there’s a desk and chair in each unit perfect for working on the laptop. - Well-equipped Kitchens to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. - For enjoying a sit-down meal, each unit has a stylish dining table that can accommodate 8 comfortably. - A washer & dryer in each unit. Both units have 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests each and are arranged as such: • BEDROOM 1: Unit 1 - 202 = King bed & Unit 2 - 301 = Queen bed • BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds • BEDROOM 3: 1 Double bed If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and the feeling of a home away from home, this is the place! Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife. The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Our stay at both apartments was just right. The apartments were clean, had everything we needed, and had 24-hour security. The location was within walking distance of most restaurants, shops, bars, and cafés we wanted to visit. We did experience a few hiccups during our stay. On arrival, both door codes provided were incorrect. Thankfully, the security guard contacted the host, and were eventually provided with the correct codes. We had requested a later checkout time, which the host approved, and we appreciated. However, while we were out, the host contacted us saying the cleaning crew was at the apartments and asked us to move our luggage out of the rooms. Our group rushed back to move our belongings, which was frustrating since we had already agreed on a later checkout time. The host eventually followed up and apologized for the confusion. Overall, the apartments met our needs, and we enjoyed the location and amenities. The main issue was miscommunication with the hosts.

The location of this place is fantastic, right near a bunch of great restaurants in Roma Norte. The apartments themselves (two, separate floors) were adequately described. The hosts are somewhat slow to respond, often sending messages very late at night.
