The main spaces of the 250 m2 condo: - The living area has super comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, creating the ideal place for having good conversations and making plans with the group. - For the remote worker or student, there’s a desk and chair perfect for working on the laptop. - Well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. Pull up a seat at the breakfast bar and relax while doing meal prep or providing company for the cook. - The dining table can accommodate 8 for enjoying a sit-down meal. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests as such: • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen, 1 Double. • Bedroom 2: 1 Double, 1 Single. Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Some options for transportation are: - Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travellers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed before check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. All guests must provide their ID at least one day in advance; otherwise, building security will deny them access. Visitors are not allowed. - Depending on the booking site used to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited—failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost. - A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. - You may experience typical city noise, such as traffic and construction. - The parking space can only accommodate a regular-sized car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high) Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. El apartamento es precioso, tiene buena presentación, muy buena ubicación y acceso rápido a tiendas y restaurantes, además, está muy bien equipado. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would gladly book again. The location was beautiful, with plenty of great shops, restaurants, and coffee spots within walking distance. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described.
