The rooftop is spectacular!!! I celebrated my bachelorette weekend here, and we felt right at home with plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and comfortable, and the charming, walkable neighborhood had great cafés nearby. Having security in the building also helped us feel very safe throughout our stay. Such a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or if you’re traveling with a large family— I would highly recommend it!! Dave and Nat were amazing hosts. ♥️

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID. Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
