This 200 sq m penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features: * 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms * Private rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and lounge area * Private balconies * Elevator access * Bright living room with Smart TV * Dedicated workspace with desk and chair * Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and dining table * Water filtration system for clean drinking water * Free parking for one regular-size vehicle Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: King bed with balcony access • Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds with balcony access • Bedroom 3: Double bed You'll be just minutes from La Condesa, Chapultepec Park and Castle, the National Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the iconic Angel of Independence. Self check-in is available. All adult guests and visitors must provide a valid government-issued ID at least 24 hours before check-in to receive building access. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. -Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited.
