*IDEAL FOR GROUPS AND FAMILIES* In the vibrant Condesa neighborhood, a majestic 6-level house rises, capturing the essence of modern architecture and urban sophistication. The double-height space creates a feeling of openness and brightness. It features a living room with contemporary designer furniture and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen. The 5 bedrooms are well distributed throughout the house, offering panoramic views. The double height allows natural light to flood the spaces. Majestic Heights features 6 levels, divided as follows: First level: Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, a small sitting area, a desk, and a full bathroom. Second level: spectacular double-height area, hall, living room, a 60” smart TV, dining room with a rectangular wooden table for 10 people, a kitchen from the prestigious Quetzal brand fully equipped with stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, oven, sink and a half bathroom. We also have a drinking water filter for your convenience. Third level: work area, bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, a large dressing room, a full bathroom and an interior terrace with a small table for 4 people. Fourth level: bedroom 3 with a double bed, large dressing room and a full bathroom. Bedroom 4 with a double size bed and a wardrobe. Fifth level: bedroom 5 with 2 double beds, full bathroom with shower and tub. Sixth Level: Rooftop terrace with a table for 12 people, exterior living room for 4 people, coffee table, with a grill and a big sink. It is the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, where you have many things to enjoy, so you will never get bored. It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture. This place is stunning and honestly a work of art. Great location in La Condesa. It was perfect for a group of 8 to have privacy. Be comfortable with stairs as it is pretty much a different bedroom on each floor with 6 floors of access. Check in was easy and the only issue is we had some loud neighbors during the first part of our stay. We also had to reach out for more towels and toiletries since some bathrooms were missing items but the team was responsive in dropping things off for us. They do not have hair conditioner so bring that if you can’t go on with your day without it, lol. Extra mention: their dryer takes a long time to dry items so keep that in mind if you want to wash anything on the first “basement” floor. Also, thank you for holding onto our luggage before leaving for the airport! Overall, this was a great home to celebrate my 40th in CDMX with my closest friends!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Dave and Nats. They were extremely communicative and made sure we were good the whole time. The space is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Just beware there are a lot of stairs!

This was a great place for our group of 13 women! Spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Everything was walkable, food was great. The host was phenomenal and gave easy to follow direction. Host was super responsive and made us feel very comfortable. Loved the option of early luggage drop off as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others and stay again in the future.

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.
