Formidable property, great hospitality and unbeatable location. It is close to everything in Polanco, just walk outside and you are both in the middle of everything whilst peacefully private. This was a great place for our team of 6 people. We highly recommend this property. The hosts were amazing!

Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees. The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as IDs for all other guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Parties and events are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will be charged accordingly. If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. You must also provide a photo of their ID. Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
