Dave & Nat were patient and lovely Host . Pros: Love the security , in the reception area. Complimentary wine , clean & fully stocked kitchen area & there were available late in the night when we experiencing difficulty Con: Bathroom is extremely small , would not recommend for a very large person. Overall review : It mentions being near a busy street which is true , so that is nothing that should be held against the host . I would recommend here for a single person or a couple .Definitely not a family .

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
