Welcome to this expansive three-level penthouse in Polanco, where city views meet refined comfort. Ideal for families or groups, this elegant home features a private rooftop, three main bedrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for all. Main Level The entry level welcomes you with a spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful city views from the balcony. This floor also has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry area, a guest bathroom, and a service bathroom. Lower Level The lower level includes a cozy TV lounge with a 70" smart TV and a large desk, perfect for remote work. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, each with private bathrooms. Rooftop Terrace The rooftop is designed for dining and relaxation, with a Weber BBQ grill, dining table for eight, hanging chairs, and ambient string lights. This an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic city views. Additional Details This penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, and complimentary wine. Please note that portable fans are provided in each room, as there is no air conditioning. While rare, there may be a slight odor in the downstairs bathrooms due to building infrastructure, though it does not affect the overall functionality. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. It’s self-check-in using a code. Code will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Situated in the heart of Polanco, one of Mexico City's most sought-after neighborhoods, this penthouse offers easy access to top dining, upscale shopping, and cultural attractions. Within walking distance, you’ll find markets, cafes, bars, and some of the city's iconic museums, making this location ideal for first-time visitors and seasoned travelers alike. The nearest international airport is Mexico City International (MEX), approximately 10 miles away, with driving times varying based on traffic. The penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, and public transportation options are within a short walk, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly neighbourhood. The apartment is beautiful, the space works well for a family, and the location is hard to beat. Dave and Nat were quick to respond to every question and concern we raised, and they arranged help without any hesitation. We'd happily stay at their properties again on future travels.

Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees. Enrique Olvera's Pujol and Jorge Vallejo's Quintonil sit a few blocks apart on quiet residential streets. Parque Lincoln holds a long reflecting pool and an aviary at the center of the neighborhood, and the Bosque de Chapultepec closes it off to the south.
