The nearest airport, Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX), is about 10 miles away, with a driving time of 30 to 50 minutes depending on traffic. The condo includes private parking, and public transit options like buses and metro stations are nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required (Not ABB) and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Place is as described and centered in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and what I loved was the opening of the living room glass doors. It felt nice to have tea on the blacony and feel the fresh air vent.

Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees.
