The space was beautiful, exactly how the pictures described! The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate the group but still feel like we were all close. You’re also across the street from a Walmart which is very convenient for getting groceries or anything else. You can hear the traffic below but it was really only bad on the weekdays in the morning. The building door’s key was tricky to figure out at first but once we figured it out it was easier. Unfortunately there was only one set of keys and you need to unlock the building door from the inside to leave. So it did mean we all had to come and go as a group as the guest suite also needs that same set of keys. Other than that the stay was lovely and our hosts did a wonderful job!

Nothing short of an amazing apartment. Very spacious and exactly as described. Perfect for a large group. I also have to say hosts were very gracious and genuinely interested in our comfort and enjoyment.

Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees. Enrique Olvera's Pujol and Jorge Vallejo's Quintonil sit a few blocks apart on quiet residential streets. Parque Lincoln holds a long reflecting pool and an aviary at the center of the neighborhood, and the Bosque de Chapultepec closes it off to the south.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as IDs for all other guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Parties and events are not permitted. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will be charged accordingly. If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. You must also provide a photo of their ID.
