Many more pros than cons. Great location, price, and unit itself. Well-stocked and welcoming. It also has a washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The major disadvantage was there only being one key. The unit also doesn’t have a lock latch, so locking from the outside locks everyone inside, necessitating leaving the door unlocked if one person leaves. There is a fair amount of noise from the dog walking on hard floors upstairs, so I recommend earplugs at night.
