Although it is compact (40 m²), it has everything you need: an equipped kitchen to prepare whatever you want, a dining room with a marble table for your meals, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom with hot water and a very comfortable double bed. You'll also have a smart TV and fast internet to relax or work at ease. The building has a swimming pool, gym and underground parking with its own space. And best of all: you're in one of the city's most touristy neighborhoods, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and places to explore on foot. It is a practical, cozy place with an unbeatable location to experience the city as a local. Important: The grills, teppanyaki and event area are not available for short-term rentals.

Nice apartment in a great, central location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and public transportation. The hosts were very responsive, and the double curtains were great for blocking out sunlight. The rooftop is also very nice. One thing to note is that the shower is rainfall only, with no handheld shower option, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and would recommend.
