Polanco runs along Avenida Presidente Masaryk, where boutiques and embassies line wide sidewalks under mature trees. Enrique Olvera's Pujol and Jorge Vallejo's Quintonil sit a few blocks apart on quiet residential streets. Parque Lincoln holds a long reflecting pool and an aviary at the center of the neighborhood, and the Bosque de Chapultepec closes it off to the south.

If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID. Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
