We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the bottle of Rioja left for us. The apartment was as advertised…with a fully stocked kitchen and a porch. It was also very clean. The busy building was modern, well cared for and safe. We had problems with the code on door into apartment. The homeowner was very responsive helping us get in! Thank you.

Nuestra estadía estuvo excelente! El departamento es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Las áreas comunes están impecables y súper moderno. Sin duda recomendamos la estadía con Dave y Nat para cualquiera. Además, la zona está excelente! Hay muchísimos restaurantes y cafés en la zona. Sin duda regresaríamos!!!

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
