Great space for a big group. The rooms are essentially called “suites.” Fit 8 of us comfortablly each suite has their own bathroom and kitchen minus one room. It felt like an apartment complex. Washer dryer in most suites but some of them weren’t working. Location is great and on a quiet street walkable to many restaurants in the area. Beautiful neighborhood. Only issue we had was the hot water was out due too many people using it at once so if you are a big group you will have to stagger your times so it doesn’t run out. Plus side, hosts had some someone from maintenance resolve the hot water valve within 24 hours. Although, it was still an issue for some of the showers the biggest suite had consistent hot water even when staggered so we ended up using that.

This place is a gorgeous place in a great area. It is perfect for large groups or families who want to spend time together but still value their privacy. Will definitely be back next time we are in Mexico City!

The place is simply perfect for hosting a large group. The bedrooms are very comfortable and each one has a bathroom. The additional amenities like the office room and the rooftop are excellent too. And gosh so much to eat in the area! loved it!

Condesa is built around two art deco parks, Parque México and Parque España, on a 1920s street plan that curves Avenida Ámsterdam into a long oval where a racetrack once ran. Avenida Tamaulipas and Avenida Nuevo León carry most of the restaurants and bars, set in converted houses with sidewalk tables, and Lardo bakes its sourdough in view of the street.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as the IDs of all guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No events or parties are allowed. Loud music is prohibited at all times. Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will incur a replacement fee. If you are planning to have visitors, please inform us at least one day in advance. A photo of their ID will also be required. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the street and in the building. When entering or leaving the property/building, keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
